Change of date for first MC AGM
Dear Owners,
You are advised to keep Saturday, 20 February 2016 free as our first AGM for the formation of our Management Corporation is going to be held on that day. The letters calling for the AGM will be sent out by our developer, Titijaya or its agent, very soon.
Only owners who have completed their Title Transfer prior to that date and who have settled all their management fees are eligible to attend and vote in the AGM.
As the quorum for this AGM is important, we urge you to attend to fulfill your obligations in the forming of our Management Corporation.
