On 12 June 2014 about 9.50 pm, this resident was driving his car the wrong way.

Resident Caught In The Act

This resident was caught bouncing a ball from the walls of the lift on 17 June 2014. Such an irresponsible act is considered an act of vandalism as the ball can damage sensitive parts of the lift like the display panels, buttons and sensor. The offender will be fined accordingly.

Visitors To Retail Lots Not Parking Their Cars In Proper Bays

Visitors to the retail units are still not parking their cars in the proper bays shown on their passes.

Bins In Lift Lobbies Not Meant For Household Rubbish

Residents are still not throwing their garbage in the green bins located on the ground floor and basement level car parks as well as near the lower car park areas. These CCTV captures (10/06/2014) below show a resident from level 01 putting her garbage on the rubbish bin in front of the lift lobby at Level G.  These bins are not meant for your household garbage.

Offenders will be fined RM300.00
