Reminder to Residents

Any owner whose unit leaks water into the unit below is obliged to make good the repairs and avoid inconvenience to the residents below his unit. An operation was carried out this week with the assistance of the Commissioner of Buildings officer in Selangor to make sure that a stubborn owner complies with this obligation. This post is to remind owners who do not comply that stern action can be taken to make sure they comply.

Owners Be Forewarned!

Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya officers were in the apartment today to give notice to owners who have not paid their assessment for several years. Some tenants were shocked to see the officers seal their units with the yellow plastic tape. Through no fault of theirs they were subjected to this. So, owners who have not been paying their assessment please do so or else you will be brought to court if the arrears are not settled within 7 days.

Motorcycles Not Allowed To Use the Pedestrian Entrance

Please be informed that we have closed the main entrance to motorcyclists with barriers. The guards will open the boom gate for motorcyclists and record in their log book all motorcyclists who enter and leave eTiara just like for visitors' cars.

This measure is to prevent misuse of our pedestrian walkway by motorcyclists who use it as a shortcut to exit into Jalan 16/1.

Major Water Interruption In Klang Valley from 17 - 22 Dec 2013

Please be informed that a major interruption in water supply in the Klang Valley will occur from 17 - 22 December 2013. This is due to major maintenance and repair work which will be carried out by Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd at the Selangor River Water Treatment Plant Phase 2 (SSP2). Through our inquiries we were told that SS12 - SS19 will be spared but residents are advised to take appropriate precautions and use water conservatively or store some extra water if you can.

Period: 17 Dec 2013 08.00 am till 22 Dec 2013 08.00 am

Areas Affected:  Klang Valley/Shah Alam Areas
