eTiara in 2015

We hope that 2015 will be a good year for us to move ahead with better things for our property. Amongst this will be the issuance of strata titles and the formation of our Management Corporation. There will be the shadow of the possibility of GST affecting us.

AGM on 15 November 2014

Our 7th AGM was successfully carried out on Nov 15 2014. Highlights of the AGM include the following:

1. Reappointment of JMB members until the formation of the MC
2. Briefing on Issuance of Strata Titles
3. Discussion on Audited Accounts
4. Briefing on 6% GST which will be imposed beginning of April 2015
5. Implementation of Resident's Identification Card
6. Approval by members for use of Sinking Fund for upgrading eTiara.
7. The meeting has also agreed to continue with Sun Victory Management Services to manage our apartment's services.

Formation of Management Corporation

As the issuance of Strata Titles is already underway, owners are advised to follow up on the next change in the management of e-Tiara.

The first AGM of the MC must be convened by the developer NPO Development Sdn Bhd within one month after at least 25% of owners have been issued with their strata titles. The first AGM shall require a quorum of at least 50% of registered owners to elect council members of the Management Corporation. Thunderstorms Forecast

There have been unconfirmed rumours of severe thunderstorms in the Klang Valley area. While we do not subscribe to such rumours, residents are advised to take reasonable care when they are outside, especially during the afternoons.

Draft of Structural Plan for Subang Jaya 2020

There will be some changes to the township of Subang Jaya. The structural plans are still on display in the lobby of the main MPSJ building in Subang Jaya. View them before 11 November 2014.
