The men and Ladies' toilets have been refurbished for the convenience of visitors.

Painting of etiara to begin on Mon 27 Nov 2017

The painting of the exterior of etiara will be carried out by our contractor. Residents are advised to practice caution when moving around the outside of the building when the work is in progress.

Successful Carrying Out of 2nd MC AGM on 20 May 2017

Our second Management Corporation AGM was successfully carried out this morning. We managed to obtain the AGM's decision to finalise our Painting Tender and award the work to the lowest bidder.

Second etiara MC AGM 2017

Dear Owners,

Notice is hereby given for the second Annual General Meeting for our Management Corporation since its inception in 2016. Your attendance to the important meeting is greatly appreciated.

Date: Saturday, 20 May 2017

Time:  10.00 am

Place: Multi-purpose Hall, etiara Serviced Apartment, Subang Jaya.

Conduct of AGM:

1. Registration will start at 10.00 am. Please be punctual.
2. The meeting will start as soon as quorum is attained. The quorum shall be half of those who are entitled to vote. If by 11.00 am, a quorum is not present, those present who are entitled to vote shall constitute the quorum.
3. Only items listed in the agenda shall be discussed.
