Caught In The Act
Residents are still not throwing their garbage in the green bins located on the ground and basement floors as well as near the lower car park areas. These CCTV captures below show a resident putting her garbage on the rubbish bin in front of the lift at Level 01.These bins are not meant for your household garbage. Offenders will be fined.

Re-registration of Lift Access Cards
To all owners and residents,
Please be informed that all residents and owners are required to re-register their lift access cards due to the large number of cloned and dormant cards. Residents and owners will be informed through notices pasted in the lifts and on the lobby notice boards when the exercise begins. Those residents who fail to re-register their cards after the stipulated periods will not be able to access their units.

Irresponsible Residents
Last night, at about 11.20 pm, a group of residents were making a lot of noise near the poolside and playing with the fire extinguishers. The residents responsible were a group of students studying in a nearby college celebrating a friend's birthday. They have been identified and fined.
