Reminder About Our Gym Regulations

This is to remind residents about the Rules and Regulations related to the use of our gym. We have the rules posted very prominently on the glass door as well as beside the door of the gym. The notice about the use of your access card to open the gym door has also been pasted on the door of the gym itself. Unfortunately, many residents chose not to read the rules, especially where it stated that children below 12 years old are not allowed inside the gym. Please familiarise yourself with the Rules and Regulations as future offenders will not be warned but a fine will be imposed on the offender.

Children Playing In The Gym

This incident occurred today (6 June 2014). The parents of these children did not realise that we have a House Rule which forbids children from playing in the gym as they can hurt themselves. The CCTV capture showed a small boy falling from the tread mill. He could have been seriously injured.

The mother / child minder of the children is apparently standing outside the door of the gym.

Lift Vandalism By L12-19 Tenant On 5th June 2014

The following CCTV capture shows the tenant of L12-19, tearing off a notice which was placed in one of the lifts. Such blatant disregard for public property cannot be condoned in e-Tiara and the picture of the tenant has been posted in the lifts as well as this blog as a warning to others and a fine of RM500 has been imposed on him for vandalism.

New Parking System For Visitors

We have implemented a new parking system where visitors are required to park in designated areas as shown on the display cards given to them on entry to e-Tiara. Failure to park in the proper parking bays will result in clamping of the cars and a penalty fee imposed for release of the clamp.

Please park at your designated parking bays as shown on your display card.

Some bays are already reserved by some residents. They have a yellow card pasted on the walls with the owner's car number printed on it. Please do not park in these bays.

The parking bays near the entrance are meant for retail units' customers.

The display cards for retail units parking bays are coloured pink and have their parking bay numbers beginning with the letter "E".

Please display the cards prominently in your vehicle and return all the display cards to the guard on duty at the exit gate when you leave e-Tiara.

Due to the many complaints from residents that they are not aware of the House Rules currently enforced in e-Tiara, we are posting the current rules on display boards on the ground floor main lobby wall in front of the Management Office. Residents are encouraged to read the rules to familiarise themselves with them.

Mother Encourages Her Children To Play In The Gym!

The mother of these children actually encouraged her children to play with their ball by rolling it on the tread mill! They were later stopped by the guard. This incident occurred on 3 June 2014.
