Notice To All Business Agents
All security personnel and employees of eTiara are prohibited from soliciting or receiving any payment, rewards or incentives of any kind from housing agents, contractors or other agents who conduct their business in eTiara. Any person caught doing so will be permanently barred from conducting their business in eTiara.

We have received disturbing reports that our security supervisor, Mr Raja Rashid, had been collecting monies/payments from housing agents and contractors who come to eTiara to carry out their business or job requirements. The Management would like to inform all concerned that the JMC nor the management had never, at any time, appointed Mr. Rashid to collect monies or incentives as claimed by him, on our behalf.
Mr. Rashid is no longer in the employment of Power Guards Security.
