Formation of Management Corporation

As the issuance of Strata Titles is already underway, owners are advised to follow up on the next change in the management of e-Tiara.

The first AGM of the MC must be convened by the developer NPO Development Sdn Bhd within one month after at least 25% of owners have been issued with their strata titles. The first AGM shall require a quorum of at least 50% of registered owners to elect council members of the Management Corporation.
