As security in e-Tiara Serviced Apartments is our top
priority, we would like to inform all residents that, with immediate effect, we
will be checking on the authenticity of the car park and lift access cards held
by all residents and owners.
During the 7th Annual General Meeting, it was
jointly agreed that spot checks be carried out on the authenticity of access
cards used by residents. This is to ascertain if residents / owners are using unauthorized
cloned cards as the use of these cards can compromise the safety measures we
have implemented in e-Tiara Serviced Apartments.
Please give your fullest cooperation to the guards when they
ask you for your access cards to authenticate their validity. If the access
cards held by owners or residents are found to be fraudulent, the cards will be
confiscated and there will be a charge of RM100
for purchase of new cards subject to approval by the owners concerned if the
card holder is a tenant.
We request your fullest cooperation to make e-Tiara a safer
place to stay in.
