e-Tiara Serviced Apartments and Retail Units is an apartment complex located along Jalan Kemajuan, Subang Jaya. It is an exclusive freehold serviced apartment complex consisting of four blocks with units measuring between 700 – 1,024 sq ft in size. The retail units include cafes, a convenience store, a launderette, and other retail facilities.
Hi, just would like to ask is there any house rules saying that there should be no activity (noise) from 10pm onward? Because we heard some disturbing noise (laughing, shouting) from the pool side at night time.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your input. We are aware of this problem as there are residents apparently from other countries who keep late hours and are disturbing the other residents. I shall bring this matter up with our committee.
ReplyDeleteFor your information, our rules on page 5 says:
"Offensive Conduct
2.15 All residents should at all times conduct themselves in a manner which will not cause offense or annoyance to other residents.
Noise
2.16 Noise must be kept down to a minimum. Radios, high fidelity
equipment, televisions and musical instrument should be played at a reduced volume at all times so as not to disturb other residents.
2.17 All occupants are requested not to sound their car horns unnecessarily so as not to cause disturbance or annoyance to other residents in the neighborhood."
You can come to our office and make an official complaint and we will attend to it.

As a suggestion (being practiced in other condo), i think we shud put up a rule that there shud be no actiivity going on after 10pm. The security shud make sure that the pool side is empty by patrolling or watching the cctv. Family with baby may feel its quite disturbing. Tq.

ReplyDelete"All private parties and functions should not exceed 2230 hours whether in one’s unit or by the pool."
