Notice is hereby given that the 5th Annual General Meeting of the E-Tiara Service Apartment Joint Management Body will be held as follows:

10.00 am     Opening Address & Introduction by Chairman of JMC
10.20 am     Presentation Of Management Accounts from period 
                      01/05/11 until 31/03/12 (11 months) 
                 (K.S. Lam & Company)
10.50    am     Update on Strata Title status (APM)
11.00 am     Endorsement of legal action against defaulters
11.15 am     Endorsement of 10% interest rate charges for ALL 
                 outstanding bill calculated from the date of formation 
                 of JMB (December 2009)
11.30 am     Q & A Session
12.00 noon   Election of new JMC members
12.30 pm     Adjournment

The management will not accept any payment during the meeting. However, all the owners are advised to make their payments at the Management Office before or by 23/09/12
