With immediate effect, due to the attitude of some residents who do not heed the warnings about the indiscriminate throwing away of rubbish onto common areas and air wells, there will be a RM300 fine levied on those residents who are caught committing this offence. There will also be a reward for anyone who can furnish well-supported evidence leading to the apprehending of these perpetrators.
